Hello, my name is Simon Perez and when it comes to home inspections in NYC there’s no one better to turn to than Home Inspections Today, LLC. My goal is to help my clients make the best decision possible when purchasing their new home. My expansive network enables me to gain more and more experience and knowledge from current home inspectors and contractors. I make it a point to educate my clients to the best of my ability so they do not end up buying a money pit of a home. As a member of InterNACHI, one of the largest Home Inspector Associations, I make it my duty to take their online courses and quizzes to stay updated with the most relevant information, so that I am able to pass that knowledge unto my clients.

Ever since I purchased my first home, and after multiple home inspections I decided to join the family of home inspectors to help those families and future home buyers with one, if not, the biggest purchase of their life. Even though I have recently procured my license as a home inspector I have been around real estate for the majority of my life. My family is composed of a few architects and engineers and they have been the ones to show me what goes into a home from the ground up.
