Very happy I chose to go with this company. They were very professional and responsive every step of the way. Not only were they reasonably priced but they were able to accommodate the short time frame I had. They actually went the extra mile and went to inspect the exterior prior to the inspection to make sure they could take full advantage of daylight.
During the interior inspection the inspector took his time to answer all of my questions, he documented everything big and small and provided me a very detailed report (we were there for a few hours). Even if it was a very minor issue he made sure I was aware so I could make an informed decision. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I was satisfied with the service offered. Simon was very helpful throughout the inspection and answered all my questions. Even those about repair costs and the reason for certain property damages. He was professional and punctual which I appreciated.
He was also quite patient since he waited an hour for longer stairs to be brought to access the roof since the property didn't have access from the inside.
He made himself available for any further questions after the inspection which was very helpful. And the format of the report was easy to follow.
